Description
This dataset comprises cases from the Vienna Kidney Database of patients without a history of kidney transplantation and with a diagnosis of thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA). Cases with additional diagnoses other than TMA may also be included. Version 1.0.0 of the dataset does not yet contain all eligible cases available in the Vienna Kidney Database, as cases are continuously scanned and quality-controlled. For the same reason, some cases do not yet include all available slides. Future dataset versions will include additional cases, more slides per case, and, where available, information on Pattern of Injury (POI) in relation to histological and electron microscopy findings.
