Description

This dataset is a multi-scanner dataset comprising anonymised whole slide images (WSIs) of human liver received during routine clinical practice. Each slide has been digitised on four distinct scanner platforms at NPIC’s AI-FORGE scanning facility. The dataset predominantly consists of biopsies, from a mixture of non-targeted/medical and tumour specimens, and a surgical resection specimen. All cases include a H&E stain along with any additional histochemical or immunohistochemical stains where available.
