Description
This dataset contains WSI from biopsy and surgical resection samples taken from patients diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (epidermoid carcinoma) located in the lung (primary and metastatic). The images display both the cancer areas and the normal or cancer-free surrounding tissues. H&E, chemical and immunohistochemistry stainings are included. The metadata contains detailed pathology information extracted from the original reports (such as lymph node status, pleural invasion, associated disease etc). PD-L1 expression is also provided in most of the cases, when available.
