Description
This dataset contains WSI from biopsy and surgical resection samples taken from patients diagnosed with neuroendocrine neoplasms located in the lung. The dataset comprises tumorlets, typical and atypical carcinoids, neuroendocrine carcinomas including small cell carcininoma and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma. The images may display both the lesion/tumor areas and the normal or lesion/tumor-free surrounding tissue. H&E, chemical and immunohistochemistry stainings are included. The metadata contains detailed pathology information extracted from the original reports (such as lymph node status, histologic subtype, pleural invasion etc).
