Description
this dataset comprises roughly half of all colon biopsy cases collected at Radboud University Medical Center (Radboudumc, Netherlands) between 2014 and 2021 (included). No selection criteria were used to select half of all cases. The data includes histopathological tissue samples obtained through colonoscopic biopsy procedures, along with associated diagnostic information and histopathological findings. The data often covers multiple specimens per patient and multiple slides per specimen, but inclusion is not guaranteed to be exhaustive on either level.
