Description
This dataset contains WSI from biopsy and surgical resection samples taken from patients diagnosed with primary adenocarcinoma of the lung. The images display both the cancer areas and the normal or cancer-free surrounding tissue (not all the images display the cancer). H&E, chemical and immunohistochemistry stainings are included. The metadata contains detailed pathology information extracted from the original reports (such as lymph node status, histologic subtype, pleural invasion etc). EGFR mutation status as well as the PD-L1/ALK/ROS1 immunohistochemistry profiles are also provided when available.
